The best part of Be Found Online.
Our technology and results we deliver for clients are astounding. But our people are the best part of BFO. Meet them. Most agencies bring out the big leaguers to ooh and aah you with their bright and shiny pitch. Then they bring in a team full of little leaguers to manage your account. We’re different. We don’t hire rookies. Your account, big or small, will get the attention of our founders and the experienced cast of online marketing rockstars we employ.

Eric Erlebacher
Analytics Manager
info: Eric Erlebacher is the leader of the human rebel group Tech-Com that opposes the sentient super-computer mainframe Skynet. Skynet decides that Eric Erlebacher is the focal point of the rebellion and his termination would end the opposition. After repeated failures at terminating Eric during the war, Skynet decides to use a time dilation device to send android assassins called Terminators to various points in Eric Erlebacher's past in an attempt to terminate him before the war begins. Eric was born when his mother Sarah Erlebacher was hiding off the grid after the first "Terminator" had been destroyed. Sarah had decided to leave comfortable living to keep Eric safe and to prepare him for his future role as the leader of the human rebellion during the machine war. Eric spent the early years of his life learning about weapons, computer technology and espionage.
When his mother was captured for trying to blow up a Cyberdyne research facility in the early 1990s, Eric was seized by social workers who told him that his mother's stories of the post-apocalyptic future were delusions. Accordingly, Sarah was sent to a mental institution and Eric to foster parents Todd and Janelle Voight. Eric was unable to cope with suburban living and became a juvenile delinquent. In 1995 when he was only ten he was confronted with the T-1000 that was sent to terminate him, and upon realizing that his mother's stories were true, he and his protector, a reprogrammed T-800, helped Sarah escape from the mental institution.
During their time together Eric bonded with the T-800, who became a friend and father figure to him. However, once the T-1000 was destroyed along with all of Cyberdyne's research, the T-800 asked that it be destroyed also so that its technology would not be discovered and used by others.
Eric loves providing insightful reports in addition to finding new ways to improve the way people consume information; almost as much as he loves his boxer, Duke (a boxer dog, not the fighting kind.)
When Eric is not being a professional nerd, he enjoys the outdoors, movies, cars, web design, fine scotch, and oxford commas.

When Dalton isn't at work, he's a (sometimes) avid practitioner of bikram yoga, cooking, hiking, and has recently started producing electronic music (don't expect to see him with a Grammy anytime soon, though!). He will also genuinely laugh if you tell him a math joke

Dalton K Finney
Account Manager, SEO
info: Dalton joined BFO after 7 years in search marketing, with a majority of his career working in SEO for major clients across Gaming, Technology, Retail, and CPG.
With a technical background, he took quickly to the more technical aspects of organic search, happy to get his hands dirty. And, at the same time, with an evolving love for the people side of the business, he always makes sure that the theories and structures of SEO translate into real, measurable success for the client.
When Dalton isn't at work, he's a (sometimes) avid practitioner of bikram yoga, cooking, hiking, and has recently started producing electronic music (don't expect to see him with a Grammy anytime soon, though!). He will also genuinely laugh if you tell him a math joke

Beth Spiegel
SEO Project Manager
info: Beth Spiegel has spent the last 8 years working at the top agencies in the search world. While never working directly with clients, she has spent her career analyzing and implementing tools to help teams improve productivity and reduce human errors.
This is Beth’s second time working at BFO - the draw of the people and the work makes it impossible for her to stay away.
Beth, her husband, and young son decided to throw caution to the wind in 2009 to move to Belize, Central America to own a pizza place. Max, who’s now 5, has learned to climb stairs while hiking up Maya ruins in Belize, speaks Spanish and Creole, and walks around Pasquale’s Pizzeria as if he owns the place.
Where I’ve worked: ConsumerGuide Auto, DoubleClick Performics, Google, Talk America, Accenture, Capsaicin
Favorite part of working at BFO: I have the chance to work with great people and old friends in a fast-paced environment all while living out another dream - living abroad!
