Seacoast Bank – Custom Dashboard to Track Leads

The Challenge

Seacoast needed to determine which marketing channels led directly to a confirmed client. The client could be brand new or a cross-sell who purchased another service.

The Solution

We created a customized dashboard that took in multiple data sources and matched up unique identifiers from the Seacoast database to the Google Analytics database.

We then returned the medium from GA and the status (new client or cross-sell) from the Seacoast database. The unique identifiers had to be created and assigned per customer on the Seacoast side, and then sent through to GA and HubSpot. From there, we used the unique identifiers to capture other data surrounding those clients, and match them up to determine the medium they came through along with their status for Seacoast.
