We’re happy to announce we’ve acquired the ADSHIFT agency division and its portfolio. This acquisition represents our continued commitment to build a better digital marketing agency focused on empowering our clients, employees and community to do great things. As we welcome ADSHIFT agency employees to the team, we know this reflects many great changes that will enable us to provide clients with an industry-leading digital marketing agency.

For one, ADSHIFT employees represent top talent in the field of digital marketing. We’re thrilled to bring their skill, knowledge and insight on-board. They will continue to serve their clients, but as they do, we’ll introduce them to all things BFO like our unique BFO Engage process, Open Book Management style and even our BFO Olympics.

This addition continues BFO’s client-focused growth. To ensure the best service for our global clients, we’ve also recently opened an office in Singapore to augment our international presence. Our first international office opened in London office in 2015.

The results we produce for clients powers our growth. This led BFO to earn a spot on the INC5000 list of the “Fastest Growing Private Companies in America” for a 5th straight year. Who is ADSHIFT?

ADSHIFT began as a PPC marketing strategy agency focused on the integration of client data like inventory and profit margins with digital campaigns to drive advertising automation. The search marketing firm built a client-base of global brand leaders by leveraging the client’s data as a programmatic driver of their digital advertising efforts.

On the acquisition of the ADSHIFT agency portfolio and the addition of the employees to the team, BFO’s CEO Steve Krull commented, “We’ve known ADSHIFT for a long time and appreciate their work, their accomplishments and we look forward to bring their agency team…onboard.”
