This Thursday, May 4th, BFO will co-host an event with the Better Business Bureau of Chicago on how companies with a mission and values can drive greater profits. Attendees will learn Learn about the benefits of running a mission and values based company and how these pillars can drive more profits and revenue. The event will also feature a panel of top Chicago businesses who have made integrity, trust and transparency the core values of their businesses.
The event will begin with a presentation by Amber Johnson, head of the “The Return on Values Project.” Her talk will discuss research from the Center for Values-Driven Leadership at the Benedictine University and the five ways a positive workplace culture drives tangible results.
Following Ms. Johnson’s presentation, a panel of speakers including Thea Durfee Plancic, Jim Alvarez and BFO’s very own President Dan Golden will share how they’ve implemented and supported these values in their business and the ways it has led to growth and profits.
