Jillian Wilhelm is our Director of Client Success. Her role at BFO includes helping clients create exceptional online marketing strategies. With a degree in PR & Journalism, Jillian got her start in the digital marketing industry six years ago as an SEO copywriter.
Jillian works remotely from her home in Northern Michigan. Depending on the weather, she enjoys visiting the beach, kayaking, reading a book next to her woodstove, or sledding with her niece. She also might spend a Saturday binge-watching a new show on Netflix. One thing Jillian can’t live without is coffee.
